Biden Meets Xi Amid Historic Global Tensions w/ Carl Zha

The leaders of the world's two largest economies came face to face for the first time in a year as Joe Biden met Xi Jinping during the APEC summit in California.

Carl Zha joined me to discuss the meeting, where Biden noted the importance of competition over conflict. That's of course, as his administration continues to foster the current tensions with Beijing by keeping Trump's policies in place, expanding the U.S. Military presence in China's backyard, and arming Taiwan, as Biden himself doubles down on the claim that Xi is a "Dictator."
